2. Enter Your Users PIN – (Each employee must have a PIN, See Employees)
3. Enter Your Customers ID – (Each Customer or Location must have a TTID, See Customer & Locations)
4. Enter Your Service Code – (By Default Service Codes are turned OFF, See Service Codes)
By Using the Caller ID list you can drop steps 1 and 3.
To Setup the Caller ID check click on Caller ID List from the Admin menu.
